What is Precision Industry?
Precision manufacturing is defined as the manufacture of individual pieces with extreme accuracy. This type of machining is used to make parts for various machines, including medical, aeronautical, and any other industry that requires identical parts to be created in large quantities.

What is precision tool?
It's a metalcutting tool for precision machining of parts. There are precision-type lathes, drilling and boring machines, grinders, gear cutters, and milling machines. ... A high degree of automation of the machine tools and of the processes of loading and removal of articles is required.

What is precision machine?
Precision Machining is a process to remove material from a workpiece during holding close tolerance finishes. The precision machine has many types, including milling, turning and electrical discharge machining. A precision machine today is generally controlled using a Computer Numerical Controls (CNC).

The capabilities of precision machining is the capacity to which machinery and technology from a Precision Machining provider can accurately and precisely create a part according to tight specifications. The capabilities of precision machining refer to the level of precision a provider can make a part, object or component, no matter how large and complex, or small and precise. Because of the extremely precise and accurate level, many parts need to be made to, maintaining this level of accuracy across a range of different object sizes and shapes is essential. What does a CNC machine do?
CNC – Computer Numerical Control – Taking digitized data, a computer and CAM program is used to control, automate, and monitor the movements of a machine. The machine can be a milling machine, lathe, router, welder, grinder, laser or waterjet cutter, sheet metal stamping machine, robot, or many other types of machines.

What is the difference between a tool and a die? How about Punch Tooling?
tool is a generic term for cutting tools, forming tools, jigs, fixtures, etc while a die is a sub-genre of a tool comprising of punches, inserts, die sets, etc involved in the development of a complete tool for metal stamping operations.

Punch tooling (punch and die) is often made of hardened steel or tungsten carbide. A die is located on the opposite side of the workpiece and supports the material around the perimeter of the hole and helps to localize the shearing forces for a cleaner edge.
